Lets face it, there are a lot of choices out there. Every company or contractor has a different method or systems of practices that they have implemented. Here at Trademaster, we are constantly seeking to get better, from the initial contact, pre construction, all the way to the final time we shut off our HEPA devices, and turn over your newly remodeled space.
Step 1: Initial contact may be email, a phone call, or text. During this process we will ask for photos of the space or project and a general description of how our customers are hoping we can help them. Having a pinterest or Houzz design idea board is incredibly helpful so we can best understand your desires.
Step 2: Schedule a free phone consultation where we will go over your project more in detail to understand your needs and vision. Based on your photos and initial description, we will create for you a free price bracket estimate based upon similar projects we have done in the past.
Step 3: Based on the initial consultation, we will decide if we are a good fit for your needs. After that time, an in house consultation, field measure, and in depth look at the space will be scheduled. We will create a very detailed proposal for your project in order of job operation, so that it is clear going forward what all the steps will be.
Step 4: Design and Planning Phase. This is where we dive deep into the fun stuff of material selections, being creative with your ideas and adding our own flair. Creating for you a full initial job schedule, and setting up for the execution of the project.
Step 5: Execution of the Project. Remodeling work begins according to the agreed upon timeline. Our wonderful team, along with our subcontractors if needed, will carry out the remodeling work, while keeping you updated daily on progress, and addressing any potential changes or unexpected issues.
Step 6: Completion and Final Walk Through. Once the remodeling work is complete, there will be a final walk through and punch list item creation, to ensure total satisfaction with your finished space and overall experience. Final adjustments and touch ups will be made as needed.
Step 7: Follow up and Feedback. After the project is finished, we may follow up with you to gather feedback on your experience and ensure you are totally satisfied with the results.
